You can also try auto-tagging and a full Tidy plan on one folder using your own files. No card, email, or trial clock.
If you want more, Pro brings Tidy to every folder and adds similar-photo grouping, filename cleanup, and Finder tags. It’s $49 once, with a year of updates included. After that, updates are optional. SupaDupa keeps working either way.

- SupaDupa is a Mac app for cleaning up messy folders and drives. Find duplicates, organize loose files, browse your media, and search drives you haven’t plugged in for months. Your files stay on your Mac.
- People whose files pile up. Photographers with thousands of shots, videographers with projects spread across SSDs, designers with years of exports and revisions, or anyone with old drives they’ve been meaning to sort through.
- Your files stay on your Mac. SupaDupa doesn’t upload file names, contents, scan results, or folder paths. Usage analytics and crash reports contain no file data and can be turned off in Settings → Privacy. See the privacy policy for the full details.
- macOS 13 Ventura or newer. Apple Silicon is recommended, especially for auto-tagging. Intel Macs work too, but auto-tagging will be slower.
- Pro is $49 once and includes every Pro feature plus a year of updates. After that, $19/year keeps the updates coming. Renewal is optional, and the version you already have keeps working either way.
- Nothing happens to the app. Your version of SupaDupa keeps working with all the Pro features you paid for. You just stop receiving new versions until you renew.
- Yes. A Pro license works on two Macs and is tied to your email, not a specific machine.
- Yes. Plug in a drive, scan it once, and SupaDupa remembers what’s on it. You can still search those files after the drive is unplugged.
- Both. Free finds exact copies. Pro also catches look-alikes, like several shots of the same subject, different exports, or resized versions.
- Yes. Moves and renames can be undone with one click. Duplicates are sent to the macOS Trash instead of being permanently deleted, so you can restore them there.
- Yes. Free includes folder scanning, exact-duplicate detection, search, and the media browser. No card, no email, no time limit. You can also try auto-tagging and the full tidy plan on one folder you pick before deciding if Pro is worth it.

See what changed. SupaDupa checks for new versions while it’s open and lets you know when one is ready. One click installs it and restarts the app. No need to download it again.

Tidy is easier to trust now. You see the plan first, nothing moves before you review it, and Undo is clearer when something can or can’t be restored.
- Undo updates everywhere right away. Restored files reappear in Library, Search, Tags, and duplicate views without another scan.
- Exact duplicates now show thumbnails. You can confirm two files match before sending one to the Trash.
- The free tier is easier to understand. SupaDupa now explains what stays free and what your first folder unlocks before you run into a limit.
- A few confusing edge cases are fixed. Search clears properly, and folders blocked by macOS now ask for access instead of looking empty.
